  • Open QuickBooks.
  • Press the F2 key.

    You may need to minimize the Help window before pressing F2.

  • In the top left corner of the Product Information window, note the number of licenses listed under User Licenses.
  • Repeat for each installation of QuickBooks.

    • Add users to my QuickBooks license .
