Press “Start”

Click “run”

type “gpedit.msc”

“USER CONFIGURATION/Administrative Templates/Internet Explorer”

Double click ”Prevent performance of first run customize settings”

Select “Enabled”

Click the down arrow of the box and choose “Go directly to “Welcome to IE” page”

Click “Apply”

Click “OK”
